Introduction

At Daju Bhai Pharmacy, we aim to provide genuine and high-quality healthcare products. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used medicines
  • Prescription-based medicines (unless incorrect or damaged)
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Approved returns due to damage or incorrect delivery
  • Order cancellation before dispatch

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
